Tutorial: Import your data

How to import high-throughput sequencing data in LabxDB seq using import_seq? Tutorial is divided in 3 parts:

1. Download the sequencing data
2. Annotate the project(s), sample(s), replicate(s) and run(s) that compose your data.
3. Post-processing the sequencing data.
